12meter(39.36 feet) ဝန္းက်င္ ပဲ
အမ်ားဆံုးသံုးလို႕ရ ေတာ့ မျဖစ္မ ေန
ဆက္ၾကရပါတယ္ ... အ့ဲဒီလိုဆက္တ့ဲ
အခါ Steel Lapping ေတြမမွားဖို႕
ဂရုစိုက္ ရပါတယ္ .. Structure အရ
Moment မ်ားတ့ဲေနရာေတြကို ေရွာင္
ဆက္ၾကရပါတယ္ .. ေတာ္ရံု Span
10'ေလာက္ဆိုရင္ ေတာ့ Moment က
under 100 kip-in ေလာက္ပဲရွိေတာ့
Lapping 100% cutoff မဟုတ္ ရင္
အဆင္ ေျပ ေပမယ့္ 10' ေက်ာ္တ့ဲ
ခန္းဖြင့္ေတြကိုေတာ့ သတိထားျပီး
Lapping ေနရာဂရုစိုက္ ရပါတယ္

Recommendation လုပ္ထားတ့ဲ
Steel lapping location ပံုေလးပါ
အခ်ိန္မရလို႕ အမ်ားၾကီး translate
မလုပ္ေတာ့ပါဘူး .. Seismic behaviour
အတြက္ အဓိက Reference ေပါ့ဗ်ာ

Steel reinforcement bars are
available usually in lengths of
12-14 m.

Thus, it becomes necessary to
overlap bars when beams of
longer length are to be made.

At the location of the lap, the
bars are transfer large forces
from one to another.

Thus, the Indian Standard
describes that such laps of
longitudinal bars are made

(1)away from the face of the
column and

(2)not make at locations where
they are likely to stretch by large
amounts of moments and yield
(i.e., bottom bar at mid length
of the beam)

Moreover, at the locations of
lap, vertical stirrups should be
provided at closer spacings.
