Steel Structure မွာ connection တိုင္းကို beam end plate သံုးၿပီး moment connection ျဖစ္ေနျခင္း
ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ဆီမွာ Steel structure အေဆာက္အဦေဆာက္ရင္ beam နဲ႕ beam connection လုပ္ရာမွာ၊ beam နဲ႕ column connection လုပ္ရာမွာ beam ထိပ္ကို plate ျပားကပ္ၿပီး connection လုပ္တဲ့ beam end plate connection တစ္ခုတည္းကိုပဲ သံုးၾကတာ 90% အထက္မွာ ရွိပါတယ္။ အဲ့ေတာ့ connection တိုင္းဟာ moment connection ေတြျဖစ္ကုန္ပါတယ္။ Moment ကို transmit မလုပ္သင့္တဲ့ေနရာေတြမွာလည္း သံုးမိေနပါတယ္။
၁) Connection type ၂ မ်ိဳးရွိပါတယ္။ Moment transmit မလုပ္ပဲ shear ပဲ transmit လုပ္တဲ့ Framed connection (Shear connection) နဲ႕ moment ေရာ shear ေရာ transmit လုပ္တဲ့ Moment connection ဆိုၿပီးေတာ့ပါ။
၂) H-beam ရဲ႕ flange က moment ကို transmit လုပ္ပါတယ္။ Web က shear ကို transmit လုပ္ပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ connection ကို bolts သံုးသံုး၊ welding သံုးသံုး Framed connection (Shear connection) လိုခ်င္ရင္ flange ကို connection မေပးရဘဲ moment connection မွာၾကမွ flange ကို connection ေပးရမွာပါ။
၃) Simply support လို႕ယူဆရင္၊ moment ကို transmit မလုပ္ေစခ်င္ရင္ Framed connection (Shear connection)ကို သံုးပါတယ္။ Continuous ျဖစ္တယ္၊ rigid ျဖစ္တယ္လို႕ ယူဆခ်င္ရင္ေတာ့ moment connection ကိုသံုးရမွာပါ။
၄) Moment connection က detailed စဥ္းစားရမယ့္အခ်က္ေတြပိုမ်ားပါတယ္ (horizontal stiffener ေတြ၊ stiffener plate ေတြအစရွိတာေတြ)။ Column flange ကို သြားၿပီး connection လုပ္ရာမွာ သိပ္မေထာင္းသာေပမယ့္ column web ကို connection လုပ္တာမ်ိဳး၊ beam to beam connection လုပ္ရာမွာ အထူးျပဳလုပ္ရမယ့္အရာေတြမ်ားပါတယ္။
၅) အဲ့ဒီလို အထူးျပဳလုပ္ခ်က္ေတြမပါပဲ beam ထိပ္ကို plate ျပားကပ္ၿပီး connection လုပ္တဲ့ beam end plate connection နဲ႕column web ကို connection လုပ္တာမ်ိဳး၊ beam to beam connection လုပ္တာမ်ိဳးကို မသံုးသင့္ဘူးလို႕ျမင္ပါတယ္။
